- Analyze and correct payroll tax filing errors for M&A before integrating onto UHG Payroll systems
- Develop and maintain processes to correct employee payroll data, reporting, payroll tax, and contingent workforce information
- Design system queries and reports to capture data needed for reporting/analysis of payroll and employee issues while using the appropriate tools such as PeopleSoft, Microsoft Office Suite, ADP, and ACH reports
- Effectively communicate between cross functional teams to compile large data volume into condensed reports to fulfill government census requests
- Review and ensure accuracy of taxation when employees moves or relocate
- Analyze and correct various W2 and W2C information for employees to correct tax issues
- Demonstrate enterprise-level perspective when providing expertise on payroll tax issues while working across teams (e.g. impact across business/companies, states, countries
