    FHB HelpDesk is a department of IT that is tasked with assisting and troubleshooting internal users with day-to-day bank activities. Some activities include: - Troubleshooting users access to the D1 teller system - Checking computer compliance based on GPOs pushed by the FHB server team - Assisting users with setting up VPN and MFA access through Microsoft Azure and VMWare Horizon - Troubleshooting common issues with Microsoft products like Excel, Word, Outlook - Creating and managing new user accounts and security group access in Active Directory - Assisting with Cisco Voicemail access On top of all of this, the IT - HelpDesk is also tasked with monitoring Bank wide systems such as: - ATMS - Branch Servers - Branch Routers
