Contract responsibilities include communication of price and membership changes and additions, distributor acquisitions, GPO, Local, and vendor program contracts, along with renewal notifications - Specific Accountabilities and Skills - Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough comprehensive monthly analysis of financial data, rebate request data, and account receivable data to ensure accurate and timely rebate reimbursement and AR collection initiatives. Conduct monthly analytics to assess and verify compliance to industry standard data exchange requirements. Complete complex acquisition to contract price verification audit research for Drug wholesalers - Financial Modeling: Excel modeling (pivot tables, v-lookups, conditional formatting) to easily identify errors or variances to highlight and quantify monetary impact of those errors and to provide resolution based on decision analytics. Complete all customer requested Ad-Hoc modeling requests - Advisory Analytics: Manage distributor problem resolution Email box to provide rapid resolution to questions of membership and contract eligibility, contract pricing, contract terms, account cross-referencing, and distributor portal issues. Collaborate with AR/Collections to liaison with distributors and drug wholesalers for all collection discrepancies.
