• Recruited by the General Manager of Marriott International to assist with critical project to identify alternative digital payment strategies for the European, Latin American, and Middle Eastern markets.
• Conducted in-depth research on 100 different payment strategies. Documented results and strategized with team on defining the most practical and beneficial ones to Marriott International. Payment methods were leveraged by General Manager to develop the Global Alternative Payment Strategy that was recognized by the Chairman of the Board as “the future of the company” by identifying $100M in immediate incremental benefits.
