Attended career fairs to build brand awareness, establish connections with potential candidates and department heads to build a sustainable talent pipeline for current and future roles. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ICIMS) Conducted initial phone interviews Ensure that suggested candidates closely match the job requirements and the specific needs outlined by the hiring manager during the intake call.
