- Speak with anywhere between 5-10 new clients per day to take them through a full mortgage application and ensure they have a full understanding of the pre-qualification/pre-approval process
- Be knowledgeable about all loan programs & financing available such as Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA
- Develop multiple financing options that best suit a client's individual profile/situation and then pitch those
- Communicate effectively with all involved in the process such as the client, buyers agent, listing agent and title company
- Provide the highest level of professionalism and customer service towards all clients
- Be the main point of contact for all parties involved in the process and transaction which requires constant
- Cultivate & maintain relationships with clients, agents and title offices to organically generate business
