I also helped address their cross-border tax needs locally and globally by managing intragroup transaction policy and structure, leading negotiations with tax authorities(i.e. APA, MAP, Tax audit defending), finding areas of cost reduction utilizing tax refunds and benefits, and responding to inquiries from regulatory authorities.
