Helped conduct daily business operations including general staff management and inventory management, along with duties in strategic and project consulting, payroll, business innovation, and marketing development. Main responsibilities included staff training and development, technical and operations support, managing consumer satisfaction and quality control, along with facilitating operations by developing and managing food preparation, packaging, and shipping schedules. During time in position, number of clients increased by 30%, resulting in an increase of over 200,000 dollars in business revenue. Additionally, helped coordinate expansion into Far East Texas, and currently, helping to expand business operations into the San Antonio, Austin, and other Central Texas areas. Expansion of operations included introduction of medicine to delivery services.
