- In this role, I was responsible for the infrastructure side of IT. I managed any projects, tickets and troubleshooting of all physical devices and most cloud integrations. With there being three people in the department, I had to often fix, replace, move or install equipment and Cat6. We had approximately 200 users across the US and Canada. I lead projects for a VOIP conversion and network overhaul. This increased our productivity and reduced tickets. My team also played a large role in the migration to D365. Along with people management I had to create, monitor and explain our department budget. This involved all purchases of laptops, desktops, peripherals and software licenses

- This role was responsible for daily troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, development and configuration that was beyond the scope of the level 1 technician. Server management, including upgrades and replacement. I had to troubleshoot, configure and replace several HP (Aruba) access points and switches. While it was not official, I also took responsibility for the level 1 technician and their management. I provided leadership and support where there previously was none. I completed the migration from G-Suite to O365 for the company, including our Canada office. I also redesigned our GPO system. Cleaning up hundreds of rules and combining them to usable and organized policies
