- Leads the installation of natural gas (NG) facilities projects to serve residential, commercial, and industrial customers while adhering to DOT standards and PHMSA regulations - Leads technical project deliverables for multiple projects for the safe construction and permitting of NG distribution facilities - Performs field data collection with GIS and Synergi to accurately design projects - Lead and coordinates with multi-disciplinary teams and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a results-orientated work environment - Act as a liaison to local, county, and state (internal and external) organizations to coordinate the installation of natural gas facilities - Develop and nurture relationships to foster environment of collaboration, trust, and accountability - Respond to emergency outages to preserve life and property, and the integrity of the natural gas distribution system - Perform continuous risk assessment and mitigation by validating projects with a Professional Engineer - Facilitates project execution within stakeholder's expectations and deadlines - Manages and tracks project deliverables, reports, and status to ensure timely completion - Estimates capital projects over $500K within 15-20% of actual construction costs.
