Create a responsive curriculum to address the real time social and emotional needs of 105 5th grade students. Analyze trends in student behavior data and propose team needs or solutions to problems. Script effective questioning to engage students in thoughtful reflection of serious topics. Communicate with school leadership to identify trends requiring administrative support as necessary. Create daily SEL activities for morning meetings to establish and maintain a sense of belonging and provide opportunities to develop appropriate social skills during distance learning. Create innovative, developmentally appropriate, and engaging video lessons for distance learning
