• Took over 11th grade US History, 11th grade Ethics, and 10th grade Ethics classes in October after previous teacher left. • Rewrote and edited scope and sequence to accommodate truncated timeline for each class. Planned and executed culturally responsive lessons aimed at building student engagement with primary sources as well as building student long-form writing abilities. • After Covid, created and implemented online learning through google classroom. Used various google education products along with other online tools to create interactive remote units and activities centered on primary source analysis and connections to current events.
