- Act as a liaison between employees and the Upper Management
- Ensure all tables in the studio are functioning properly
- Create visual data for employee's to follow on their shift
- Adhere to directions given by Team Managers in a timely manner
- In charge of over 150 employee's Payroll, including Overtime hours
- Act as a mediator between employees and provide solutions based on circumstances
