Remote / Home office Quality Process Manager - Integration Lead May 2021 – Present (overlapping) Oversee the quality initiative involved in transferring manufacturing tasks between Eaton facilities in California, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. Ensure the understanding, implementation, and fulfillment of customer requirements, while supporting local plant quality managers in product and process qualification. • Lead/support local teams to achieve Quality plan define as goal of the transfer or work, such as product qualification, FAI plan and execution, Risk Analysis, Quality assurance assessment, etc.). • Lead APQP deployment; support Quality Managers, project leaders, and local Quality Managers to identify and plan the Quality Activities pertaining to the transitions and risk assessment; lead customer communication and approval of process and quality system. • Implementation of Quality Tools to optimize Quality System processes (MRB, FAIR, CAPA, Calibration), PRO Launch. • Lead AS9100D certification, support customer and third-party assessment/ approval for new/receiving sites; NADCAP Certification, FAA PMA Approval.
