- In my latest role at Verveba, I was brought on with only a small team in the Engineering group, it was myself and 3 drafters. Since then, I have built a team of over 100+ employees that I manage. I now lead a Planning/Scoping Team, Fielding Team, Permitting Team, and a QC/QA Team. The different types of projects in the Telecom industry I manage include ASE (Service to Business) IFP Overbuild (Fiber Design Covering Whole PSA's), Highway Relocation Projects (Relocating Telecom Facilities for Highway Expansion), Greenfield Projects (Placement of Facilities for New Developments and Subdivisions), MDU Projects (Placement of Facilities for Multi-Dwelling units), EMT Design (Multi Business Units to Include High Rise Buildings), Cell Site Design, and Copper Reclamation. I also am engaged heavily in planning with AT&T personnel, along with City, and State Engineering groups.
