- Performed inspection of various construction activities pertaining to: - Demolition of bridge deck and approach slabs - Removal of chain-link fence, guide railing, light poles, road signs, pavement marking, and trees - Installation of erosion control silt fence and catch basin filters, temporary positive barriers, temporary impact attenuators, and interim highway markings for staged work zones - Sketched and prepared computations for the removal of the bridge’s substructure and various retaining walls - Checked work zone traffic control (WZTC) to see that all construction signs and traffic control measures were in place and in compliance with the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) - Verified that the contractor was in compliance with the lane closure work permit - Confirmed that contractor operations were performed in accordance with OSHA - Prepared daily reports and calculated the quantities for payment utilizing Site Manager
