• • Leads and supports advanced analytics and data science projects at the Applied Intelligence Discovery Lab and Applied Research Group for client engagements and account support • Leads the first Discovery Lab Mission Accelerator, which will serve as the cornerstone for credentializing AFS capabilities in the field of human capital analytics. Manages a team of 10 total contributors composed of data scientists, data visualization specialists, and data engineers across the workstreams of web application, software development, data analytics, data engineering, and data visualization. Acts as a technical SME • Manages central repository of open-source code to help advance the development of innovative products • Contributed to 4 whitepapers, resulting in additional funded projects • Participates in hackathons and internal communities of interest relating to graph theory (community lead), computer vision (community lead), sustainability, engineering, and women in data science (community lead) • Presents at lunch & learns sessions on various topics including statistics, computer vision, network flow optimization, community detection, independent research, and version control
