- Led teams of more than 5 engineers in the proposal, design, development, and delivery of various complex engineering systems

- Structured and led engineering meetings to report project status, and to manage interfaces and changes to requirements
- Generated design reviews and engineering documentation at the Systems level, and supported the same at the Subsystems level
