- Engage, consult and sign field Sales Partners to sell the SpotOn product
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to interested candidates who have inquired about the position
- Ability to achieve daily / weekly / monthly expectations
- Work with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
- Manage Spot On pipeline via SpotOn's applicant tracking system
- Coordinate scheduled phone interviews with hiring managers
- Answer questions and provides information to clients regarding the position Enter client's information into the computer
