Senior Project Manager

- Software Implementation Using Agile Methodologies - Lead sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint review and sprint retrospective by acting as servant leader and scrum master - Execute digitization of all physical underground pipeline maps of Los Angeles and San Diego territories for use via mobile app and implement 3D modeling of 10+ high-risk facilities to accelerate navigation time and data collection - Cross-Functional Project Management - Manage program budget ($45M+) by leading 15+ cross-company project teams, adjusting the cost, scope, and resources - Collaborate with Research & Development, Legal, IT, and Continuous Improvement teams to create and review SOWs and build and track project plans to execute 26 best practices - Effective Communication + Relationship Management - Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project progress, risks, and opportunities to all stakeholders (incl. executives) via - Foster meaningful professional relationships across sister companies and their operational and management teams to effectively lead through influence and ensure stakeholder engagement - Resolve and/or escalate all issues such as team conflict, financial risks, and safety concerns in timely fashion - Track and report project team members' hours and expenses on a monthly basis and provide quarterly budget forecasts
