I conducted 42 in-depth interviews with non-technical entrepreneurs, including MBA students, to gain insights into their pain points, needs, and preferences. Utilizing this feedback, I iteratively refined our services, tailoring them to address the unique challenges faced by non-technical founders in designing software ventures. The outcome was the successful launch of services, which generated $20,500 in revenue from three projects. Notably, two of these projects led to continuing support agreements, bringing in $4,000 in monthly recurring revenue. To stay at the forefront of industry trends, I conducted comprehensive market research, enabling us to identify new opportunities and provide cutting-edge solutions. Innovation was a constant pursuit, as I consistently explored new features and technologies to enhance our product offerings. My approach has always been customer-centric, with an unwavering passion for success and a commitment to delivering products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations. I leveraged data-driven insights to inform product decision-making, relying on analytics and user data to guide enhancements. Additionally, I excelled at managing relationships between stakeholders and global teams, offering tailored solutions to address specific business challenges and opportunities.
