- Duties: Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency's (DCSA) Non-Tactical Vehicle Program Manager. Serves as a senior advisor, technical expert, and recognized authority to the Chief of Logistics and the Chief of Staff. Develops, promulgates, and interprets Legislation, Office of Management and Budget (OMB), Department of Energy (DOE), and Department of Defense (DoD) policy and guidance for NTVs
- Performs strategic program integration and fleet management of all NTVs across the Agency with an annual budget of $12 million
- Provides general and specific technical oversight of assigned program initiatives to ensure effective program implementation and consistency with existing policies
- Designated as the Information Owner for DCSA's Accountable Property System of Record, the Defense Property and Accountability System (DPAS
- Serves as an active member of the DPAS Control Configuration Board
- Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) of the Defense Property Accountability System's (DPAS) Property Accountability and Maintenance and Utilization modules to ensure efficient and effective accountability, utilization, and reporting by Federal and DoD regulatory requirements
- Evaluate impacts of DoD and Agency strategy and policies and present findings and recommendations to senior leaders
- Developed and led interagency study groups, such as the Fleet Management Council and Fleet Management Working Group, which have been convened to resolve problems that require innovative solutions in existing supply systems and programs
- Provided team leadership and performed individual duties involved in defining goals and objectives, prioritizing program requirements, developing budgets, managing budget execution, and determining the best utilization of resources, including realignments to address shortfalls or to satisfy priority needs
- Formulates plans by interpreting and applying higher-echelon policies and regulations and collaborates with operational elements in developing and implementing necessary plans, policies, and procedures
- Formulates policies, regulations, or agreements and advises on executing projects or policies, ensuring integration of programs/initiatives with Agency goals and objectives
- Exercises managerial authority to set annual long-range work plans and schedules for in-service work. Ensures the system is developed, deployed, updated, and available for Field Activity (F.A.) use
