Profile and loss accountability: I ensure effective utilization of Capex/Opex budget for project and asset integrity activities. I drive cost savings and optimization opportunities, spend scrutiny for cost control to prevent budget overrun. • Operational excellence: I ensure the safe processing and production of oil and gas from well to export. Identity and drive optimization and de-bottlenecking opportunities to unlock volumes in the integrated production system to increase production availability. • Integrated Project Support/delivery: I support the multidisciplinary team the for the safe integrated project delivery from FEED, conceptual design, design review, construction, commissioning and the operate phase. • Wells, reservoir, and facility management: I lead optimization of the entire integrated production system value chain from reservoirs, wells, pipeline/flowline, facilities, and its ancillaries to ensure ultimate field recovery. • Facility Integrity maintenance: act as the lead integrator driving the safe systems of work and quality delivery for the multidisciplinary activities (maintenance, operation, process and civil) to sustain asset/technical integrity and equipment reliability of the facility. Field•Managed diverse energy portfolio and drove daily revenue generation of $5.12M with 142 multidiscipline work force. •Led successful pre-commissioning and safe start-up and delivery of New oil and Gas from green and brown field (390mmscf/d, 25bbls of oil/condensate), boosting LNG supplies by 35% and raising daily revenue generation by $726k. •Led product readiness and assurance scope, collaborating with discipline engineers for seamless integrated deployment of tech upgrades and solutions, restoring 9 wells and 3 aged facilities to full potentials, boosting daily revenue by $1.57M. •Developed, deployed a robust strategy, and operationalized structure for proactive budget control of $18.4m to curb 3yrs overrun. Recovered ca.$2.1m, (11.4% of budget) and savings >$820k against business plan. •Initiated and steered focus project delivery to reduce routine gas flaring and revenue gain of $528K, from flare reduction. •I lead several optimizations and debottlenecking of the entire integrated production system value chain from reservoirs, wells, pipeline/flowline, facilities, and its ancillaries to ensure ultimate field recovery and scale
