• Responsible for the supervision, safety and instruction of up to 20 students enrolled in the after-school program Maintain a safe and effective environment for academic progress Collaborate with the program manager in the development and execution of the day-to-day operations of the campus in cooperation with the school district Effectively manage classroom activities promoting positive student behavior and decision-making, while ensuring all youth are engaged and involved Oversee tutoring and academic assistance for completion of assignments Monitor youth progress and report daily to the program manager Create and implement lesson plans and activities which are developmentally appropriate Plan, organize, and implement educational enrichment activities Organize sports, tournaments and physical activities Adhere to and follow all policies and procedures of the campus district Treat all employees fairly, equitably, and with respect and dignity
