    At Finvivir, Felipe led the design and execution of a digital transformation and growth strategy for a multinational microfinance group operating in Mexico, Peru, Colombia, and the Philippines, with a strong social impact focus on women entrepreneurs. Faced with the challenge of modernizing a traditional field-based lending operation, he developed a comprehensive Growth Playbook using agile methodologies such as Lean Startup, OKRs, and ICE/RICE prioritization to guide experimentation and scalability. He crafted a strategic roadmap to accelerate adoption of the Ilana App by optimizing the customer journey across acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and monetization stages. Coordinating with stakeholders from Sales, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Technology, he enabled rapid implementation of validated initiatives. He applied data science techniques including A/B testing, K-means clustering, and cohort analysis in QuickSight to uncover high-impact opportunities. As a result, his work was projected to increase digital adoption by 25 percent, reduce customer acquisition cost by 15 percent, and improve retention by 10 percent, contributing to the organization’s digital evolution and long-term scalability. Fun Fact

I started working when I was 14. My early jobs taught me the value of hard work, adaptability, and service. From selling floral arrangements and electronics to driving a tractor during apple harvests, waiting tables, and even starring in a tropical drink commercial.
