- contract - Tech Support: Support production issues escalated by site - Identify resource requirements from other departments needed to assist - PSM, MOC and PSSR: Standardize training and programs w/ Process Safety Team - Capital Project Portfolio: own plan, drive prioritization and 5-year plan development - EHS - MOC and PSSR: Standardize training and programs w/ Process Safety Team - RCA/CA: Standardize training and programs to improve EHS Performance lead and assist on complex RCA across organization - PSM: Own PSM standard & implementation, develop PHA plan across sites - EHS Programs: Improve EHS sustainability goals by leveraging best practices and technology strategy across the organization - Process Technology and Support - OAU: Improve OAU through data analysis - Identify and drive improvement projects in coordination with site through to increase the standard - Manufacturing Excellence: Drives Sustainability goals through process improvements (quality, reduce processing time, increase yields, or reduce waste generation - Process Technology: Responsible to assess new process technology and determine most effective technology for site - NPI: TTP and NPI transition to sites and tollers with R&D - Contamination Prevention: Support implementation of CP across AG to meet Crop Life - Capital - Procurement: Co-develop Capital procurement strategy - Projects: Implement small to medium improvement, expansion, and cost savings projects in coordination with sites - People - EDP: Own EDP program (selection, training, and management - Technical Development: Drive pipeline through tools, training, and best practices - Operations: Promote a culture of continuous improvement across department teams
