- Run therapeutic and behavioral plans, provide early intervention to increase social and self-management skills to kids and teens - Provide guidance on a range of developmental goals from communication, exercise, nutrition, and academic skills to assist with school readiness - Support individuals with learning and maintaining personal skills such as: hygiene, grooming, and/or toileting - Teach and model interpersonal and social skills to help individuals thrive - Provide assistance using strategies to properly manage and redirect agitated or aggressive behaviors - Assist trainees in developing and utilizing procedure and skills with clientele
