- 9/17 - Present - Project Management: Collaborated with client stakeholders, development and training teams to roll out Deloitte's first cloud-based Case Management solution hosted on Microsoft Dynamics, worth $15m, for 500+ users across the 7 regions in Client's State. Solution helps clients achieve CCWIS compliance, improve child outcomes and organizational effectiveness with data insights. Managed project plan and weekly status report for leadership. Setup Azure DevOps for project coordination and reporting - Analytical Problem Solving: Analyzed case management and licensing business processes with end-users to identify process redundancies/ efficiencies and compliance requirements. Designed 100+ user stories and tested 100+ scenarios in an agile manner to achieve a fully virtual go-live with minimal Day 1 critical defects - Business Development: Contributed to proposal efforts through business process analysis, competitor firm analysis and RFP response writing.
