• Through this program I learned how to negotiate with other brokers whether they are the Buyer or seller’s agent. • I learned what purchase contracts and combined settlement statements mean and how to read them. • I learned the ins and outs of a listing contract. • I learned how to compile a property comparable for single family listings and give an estimate of what the house price should be. • Through this internship I gained a deeper understanding of the commissioners’ rules and the stand of care that all real estate agents should provide.
