• Recruited, trained, and managed hundreds of volunteers to meet voter contact and capacity-building goals for the Nevada Democratic caucus and the Colorado primary election • Identified and developed volunteer leaders to organize house parties, constituency and issue-based events, canvasses, phone banks, voter registration drives, and other events designed to persuade voters and engage volunteers • Drafted California endorsement releases for Warren for President • Organized the January Julian Castro Organizing Event and Elizabeth Warren Organizing Event in our North Las Vegas office • Spoke in front of 200 people at a Warren Volunteer Leadership Summit leading a personal story activity and speaking about my diabetes tied to my personal story • Built volunteer teams to fill critical leadership roles to get out the vote for 2020 nominating contests • Used digital tools to engage new volunteers, expand the electorate, and highlight our work on the ground • Managed relationships with community leaders, allied organizations, political stakeholders, and local Democratic activists
