• Worked with minors from various nationalities including Unaccompanied Minors[UM’s] from North America, Central America, South America and India • Worked with a team management system to efficiently manage logistic of UC’s needs • Transported UM’s to all out of shelter appointments including medical, recreational, and reunifications • Supervised UM’s in and out of shelter during all hours needed • Obtained multicultural training regularly to better suit and understand work environment and needs of UM’s • Supervised and maintained the safety and wellbeing of children ages 5-17 years of age in a 24 hour emergency shelter • Trained on proper de-escalation techniques • Served as interim transportation coordinator from (Feb-June 2018)
