    • As an intern at the deals - financial due diligence practice team, I performed due diligence responsibilities for client acquisitions and divestitures. This included analyzing and adjusting P&Ls, CapEX, OpEX, and Overhead, among other financial documents, constructing key deliverables such as the quality of earning analysis, debt and debt-like analysis, and the net working capital analysis, in addition to creating excel workbooks for data analysis and forecasting. Supplementary responsibilities included shadowing senior associates and managers in several client engagements, maintaining and updating a business recovery watchlist with Capital IQ, and working in teams to solve firm-wide case studies.
