1. As the corporate F&A intern I primarily helped with preparation of the annual budget of ~ $70 MM for my site for FY 2025 using complex financial analysis, data modelling and visualization techniques for presentation to the Board of Directors.
2. Prepared financial models for allocation of depreciation of assets over the next 7 years amounting to $12 MM.
3. Assisted Director of Finance with Payroll Modelling for FY 2025 ~ 15 MM, with forecasting merit based pay increases, and analysis volume and rate variance impacts.
4. Supported the finance team, with monthly forecasts and reconciliations during month end and holding critique meeting with departmental heads to understand and account for variances.
5. Spearheaded the Capital expenditures Report and Reserve Fund Analysis to budget these expenditures ~ 45 MM after holding rounds of meetings with multi disciplinary heads to understand business needs and budget for accordingly.
