    Oversee the management of more than 30 janitorial accounts for a family-owned commercial cleaning business: • Draft contractual agreements and service proposals for prospective clients • Generate all account invoices while solving issues with respective client's Accounts Payable department as needed • Overhaul of internal financials, and digitization of record keeping systems • Maintain, develop, and manage positive business relationships with our clients/partners • Meet with clients to tour their facilities, assess requirements, and negotiate service contracts/give service quotes • Perform additional janitorial duties, such as floor buffing, strip & waxing, carpet shampooing, and window cleaning

Fun Fact

I built my first computer at age 11. This was largely before the mainstream "PC Gaming" craze, so I was forced to rely heavily on my own developed expertise, due diligence and online forums. Needless to say, I was terrified until I got it to boot. :p

I want to contribute towards our ever-changing relationship with technology, drawn & inspired by those reaching for the same goals. As first-born, first-generation collegiate, I hope to set an example for my siblings as well!
