- Oversee the facility's operations and lead a team that is hyper-focused on delivering a perfect customer experience. Develop and implement action plans to continuously improve processes and efficiencies. Responsible for Profit and Loss (P&L), hiring process and training, performance management, team recognition and accountability - Plan, direct, and is responsible for all deliveries, inventory, equipment, Location Based Inventory (LBI) systems, asset protection, safety controls, and overseeing the safety of employees, 1099 drivers, and products - Drive improvements to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as: Order Picking Time, Order Dwell Time, Drive Time, Order Defect Rate, Inventory Accuracy, Damaged and Expired, and Cost Per Order - Launched a site in a nearby city and initiated the pilot for the Multi-Site lead role by overseeing both sites - Several months of travel to sites needing assistance in the Austin, New Orleans, Seattle, Louisville, and Washington, D.C. markets - Ensure compliance with Gopuff Human Resources and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for the warehouse by analyzing and interpreting reports and daily operational and quality assurance reviews
