Through my management position at the Rudolf Steiner Fellowship Foundation (RSFF), where I started working as a volunteer during my year of social service and earned a sponsorship for my degrees, I have learned valuable and transferable skills and was able to apply the learned academic concepts. At the RSFF, I learned the importance of developing relationships with clients and vendors to facilitate communication and achieve optimal outcomes. Working in cross-functional teams and with vendors ranging from medical to technological professionals, I was able to significantly reduce overhead and staffing needs. Through the technology and process optimization-based projects I have overseen, lasting changes have been implemented leading to substantial future cost savings.
My ability to adapt to continuously changing organizational needs and work accurately under pressure make me well qualified for the challenges of dynamic postions at any company, and I look forward to further expanding my skill set through working in engaging environments.
