- Greet 15+ external and student clients at the front desk, determine their needs, and advise accordingly
- Manage 10+ phone calls daily, utilizing available resources such as policy guidelines and optimal points of contact to address policy and urgent operational inquiries about Student Center Operations, Student Activities, and other
- Perform administrative duties such as answering emails, scheduling external client appointments, managing calendars
- File and organize paper documents, log 10+ packages, and sort mail daily for 30+ Student Center staff to ensure
- Coordinate the flyer approval process by examining flyers for policy approval, filing policy forms, and posting and removing flyers on nine different boards in the Student Center weekly
