Spearheading approximately 50 employees working cross-functionally alongside the largest physical security account operated by Allied Universal. Ensuring operational efficiency meets or exceeds Meta’s standards for safety and security. Communicate with client representatives daily to ensure quotas for training and compliance are met. Monitor KPI’s to ensure customer satisfaction meets or exceeds client expectations, as well as our strategy for safeguarding people, assets, and reputation of Meta. Implement training programs to new associates to increase employee understanding of rules and regulations and to build trusting relationships with employees throughout Meta’s Menlo Park Campus. Acting as Human Resource liaison to deliver staffing requirements provided by client representatives. Manage the launch of new Meta buildings to ensure physical security programs are met with consistency.
