• Ensure a safe and functional environment for all of BAC’s artists, tenants, and employees, complying with all current DOB and FDNY codes. • Maintain all required DOB and FDNY permits for a Place of Public Assembly. • Identified and prioritized organization’s short and long-term operational and facility’s needs. • Co-supervise condominium staff, including reception, cleaning, and security, and manage operations of 450W 37th Street Condominium Association. • Co-manage a $1M annual condominium operating budget. • Updated and maintained emergency plans and protocols, fire evacuation plans, and ensured all required facilities-related permits were up to date. • Oversee any necessary repairs of BAC furniture, fixtures, office equipment, and non-theatrical infrastructure. • Address tenant complaints and inspect vacated units, ensuring all units are safe and ready for tenants to enter. • Act as primary liaison between outside full-service I/T firm TNS and BAC staff, managing on and offboarding of staff members and access approvals. • Oversee planning and execution of capital facilities improvement projects, creating and maintaining the annual BAC facilities budget. • Organize and maintain comprehensive institutional documents, including plans, drawings, contracts, technical and warranty records, and worked with architects and expeditors when the need for DOB applications arose.
