-Create social media graphics and visuals that help communicate Cool Culture’s programs in a way that feels welcoming and easy for families to connect with. - Work with the communications team to brainstorm and design creative content for posts, stories, and campaigns that highlight community voices and cultural access. - Help design digital assets for events and newsletters, making sure information is clear, visually engaging, and accessible to a wide audience. - Research social media trends and visual styles to help keep content current and relatable to the audiences we serve. - Look at basic engagement data to help understand what visuals and posts are connecting most with audiences.
