- Verify that the plant is producing a and Safe and High-Quality product
- Verify employees are following all plant good manufacturing practices (GMP'S) and report any issues
- Verify that product specifications are being followed through hourly line inspections
- Complete all necessary daily QA paperwork
- Communicate with Quality Director, Assistant QA manager and/or QA supervisor on how lines are running and every time that a product is out of specification
- Communicate with line operators and supervisors on quality of product being run
- Perform daily scale and probe calibrations
- Perform Infinity checks every 30 minutes
- Perform scheduled CCP1 & CCP2 checks and fill out thermometer calibration log
- Perform any laboratory work required for each product (FFA, fat testing, etc
- Pull micro samples as required by Koch Foods or customer specifications
