• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• In charge of all operations: schedule writing, supply order, paper work, organization of stockroom, sales floor, and back office
• Ensure sales goals were being met and exceeded - track daily, weekly, monthly, and year-to-date results
• Provide feedback to team on performance, strengths, and weaknesses
• Interview, hire, and staff store according to store needs, availability, and staffing goals
