- Project Director for a large collaborative regional network of behavioral healthcare organizations, spanning a twelve county region of Upstate NY - Coordinates and implements quality improvement projects with goals to increase access to services, improve patient care, decrease silos in behavioral health, and help organizations obtain contracts with large managed care insurance companies - Develops and implements clinical standards and policies for an entire network of behavioral health organizations across multiple regions of Upstate NY - Writes to and applies for grant funding from both state and federal grant opportunities - Sources and implements regional training opportunities - Spearheading and coordinating the New York State grant-funded State Opioid Response (SOR) funding for the entire Central NY Region and managing the network-wide budget and projects totaling over 2 million dollars - Leads a Clinical Committee comprised of executives from all network-wide agencies - Training the entire network on new standards of care created - Works closely and collaboratively with multiple state government departments and agencies
