- Develop, manage, and deliver continuing education and field training programs for a Mobile Intensive Care Unit 911 response service - Evaluate field personnel and conduct ongoing quality improvement assessments - Analyze clinical performance data in various mediums and develop training programs that promote clinical excellence - Assist with strategic planning and budget management of clinically related operations - Assist with protocol development and implementation - Work collaboratively with company Medical Director, internal departments, and external stakeholders, to achieve organizational goals - Directly supervise staff conducting internal and external training courses - Serve in a direct field capacity as a Field Supervisor or In-Charge paramedic as needed - During times of major incidents, serve as a member of the Command and General Staff
