Undergraduate Research in Clinical Trials ● Researched the effectiveness and pass rates of drug repurposing for multiple drugs at each stage of clinical trials ● Calculated the average cost of clinical trials of an approved drug for new application and the barriers to new drug development, ● Evaluated the potential impacts of different clinical trial strategies on the different stages of trial, as well as the impact potential cost savings has on donor support ● Created decision models to predict whether or not to continue with testing at each stage, dependent on time and cost analysis of average drugs within the same therapeutic area
