- Support the manufacturing of natural gas diaphragm meters through development, implementation, maintaining, and improvement of methods, machinery, and processes - Plan and implement process improvement, layout changes, or new/modified equipment thru PDCA, Rapid Problem solving, or Kaizen events to improve quality and compliance with some increase to capacity - Conduct testing for design authority on product to evaluate ECNs for improvement plans - Create MOCs and MCNs to document introduction and changes to production equipment - Reverse engineer or design parts and maintain drawings for equipment - Authorize changes to oven temperature for curing diaphragm rubber - Machine design and project manage creation, installation, and implementation of inline IR oven to dry adhesive on product for further processes reducing wait time approximately 88 - Implemented additional traceability at needed equipment for troubleshooting of defects and provide additional training indicators - Process audit to drive process adherence and perform gap identification to drive process uniformity
