• Assist with onboarding of new hires including conducting background checks, i9’s, and triggering employee onboarding forms
• Lead new hire initiatives including first-day orientation, desk set-up and department introductions to ensure seamless welcome/transition
• Assist with offboarding of employees including leading and conducting exit interviews, desk clean-up, and shipment of personal items
• Recruitment experience includes reviewing resumes, updating and creating job descriptions, scheduling and facilitating onsite and virtual interviews, working with multiple recruiters simultaneously to attract the best candidates, collaborating with hiring managers to align the needs of the roles and candidates
• Record and maintain employee temperature checks daily to ensure all employees and visitors have been accounted for
• Manage all in-office new hire and employee milestone events
• Proficient in Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System
• Report directly to Chief Financial Officer/Head of Human Capital
