    • Managing incoming customer requests around technical support and issues involving Agdata product, functionality, and data transfers. Delegating top priority critical production issues to the appropriate technical staff. Addressing customers with in-depth demonstration of the, AgCelerate and Data Dimensions portals, while clearly articulating new features, and benefits in using AgCelerate and Data Dimensions portals. Maintaining seed license agreements and aligning those documents to the corresponding customer account. Communicating timely, and knowledgeable support to clients, both growers and large retail clients while navigating the AgCelerate and Data Dimensions internal database in real time to provide accurate information to the client. Executing outbound marketing calls to suppliers and customers, informing them of rebate and program deadlines. Training interns and colleagues on AgCelerate and Data Dimensions site navigation and admin tools. Presenting webinars internally and externally to clients and retailers on AgCelerate and Data Dimensions sites. Performing inquiries using predefined SQL queries and uploading data to the appropriate sites using Microsoft Excel.
