- January 2023 - Present - Volunteered as SSN(X) Lead Planner by developing statements of work (SOW), integrating cost, labor and planning efforts for the Virginia Class replacement. Integrated efforts from PMS 4XX and NFPC stakeholders leading to the first $100K in funding delivered to NFPC for SSN(X - Lead contributor towards the SSN(X) POM Cycle formulation, ensuring NFPC was able to support initial concept casting and testing for an entire ship class of fast attack submarines - Lead the NFPC Hardware program and ensured funding is available to support both Columbia Class and Virginia Class Propulsor Programs - Designed and developed a model project to consolidate ship hardware in one location, reducing time and stress on staff to locate and track propulsor hardware parts - Organized diverse data sets to present and recommend courses of action to Program Managers - Coordinate manufacturing activities for NFPC production components, production schedules, program budgets, hardware acquisitions to support the program, and delivery of high quality propulsor components - Work with Engineering, Production, Lifting and Handling, Inspection, metallurgy, etc. to ensure upcoming and current work progresses as smoothly as possible - Obtain daily production information to support scheduling and budget execution. Staying up to date on issues that may cause production delays or increase risk to production schedules - Supporting tactical planning and tracking, effectively communicating, coordinating, and continually looking to improve NFPC operations by creating and executing planning tools
