    • While working at Lowe's as an intern in the Online Support department (previously Digital Resolutions), I was tasked with: identifying a more productive process to change store hours on Lowes.com, specifically during our activation for weather-related emergencies; identifying trends in feedback from Lowes.com customers and triaging said feedback to the proper channel via Medallia and Jira; and creating infographics on behalf of the Online Support team to inform other teams of changes and procedures. • I also shadowed the Digital Content Analysts in the Corporate Communications department and assisted them with creating graphics for the Lowe's Employee Relief Fund's 20th Anniversary celebration, as well as assisting with the production of the fund's new brand identity.
